Join us tonight at The Reboli Center for Art & History for our increasingly popular Second Thursday Art History Lectures! Though normally hosted by award-winning artist and art history aficionado, Kevin McEvoy, tonight we will present an educational film in McEvoy's absence on Mary Cassatt. Mary Cassatt was an American painter and printmaker known for her involvement in the impressionist movement. Cassatt was born in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, and lived much of her adult life in France, where she befriended Edgar Degas and eventually exhibited with the Impressionists. We will be sharing a video lecture prepared by The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, starting promptly at 6:30pm. Click to learn more…
