Emerging Artist Spotlight: Sabine Hoskins | July & August

  • The Reboli Center for Art and History 64 Main Street Stony Brook, NY, 11790 (map)

Sabine Hoskins is a Long Island based emerging watercolor artist whose work is inspired by the restorative power of creativity. She discovered painting as a way to relax and de-stress, and what began as a personal form of mindfulness has grown into a passion for creating art that invites others to pause and reflect.

Drawing inspiration from neurotherapy art while developing her own distinctive style, Sabine allows each painting to unfold intuitively. Through flowing watercolor, intricate patterns, and vibrant color, she creates expressive pieces that celebrate imagination, movement, and the calming nature of the creative process.

Sabine believes that art has the ability to quiet the mind, encourage curiosity, and bring moments of joy. She is honored to share her work at The Reboli Center and hopes her paintings inspire viewers to experience a sense of peace, wonder, and connection. We are proud to exhibit Sabine’s work through the months of July and August, 2026, in our Stairwell Gallery. We welcome you to come and enjoy Sabine’s collection on display which is available for both viewing and purchase. As always, admission to our gallery is free of charge during our regular business hours. Our facility is ADA compliant with patron parking on site. We look forward to seeing you.
